Pharmacy Weight Loss Ludlow is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Ludlow and the surrounding area. To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over, a resident of the United Kingdom, and registered as a patient with us. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire prior to treatment. Our services are not available to individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who do not meet the clinical criteria established by our prescribing pharmacist. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at our clinical discretion.
All prescriptions issued through our service are provided by a GPhC registered prescribing pharmacist following a clinical assessment. Prescriptions are only issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so. You must provide accurate and complete medical information; providing false information may result in termination of your account and could pose a risk to your health.
We reserve the right to request additional information, arrange a follow-up consultation, or decline to prescribe at any time. Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Ludlow and are not transferable to third parties.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through a secure payment gateway. All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive your order or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided with your order.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, as required by law. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate promptly. Refunds where applicable will be processed within 14 days.
You agree to use any prescribed medication only as directed, to notify us of any change in your health or circumstances, and to attend any follow-up consultations requested by our team. You must not share prescription medication with any other person. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.
The information provided on our website and through our service is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Our clinical services complement but do not replace your relationship with your NHS GP. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any weight loss treatment you receive through our service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
